This bird and trout is one of our classic knife designs. It is perfect for processing fish and birds out in the field or works Equally as well in your kitchen as a paring knife. It’s my eight-year-old’s favorite style of knife to Slice up her fruits and vegetables While helping me prepare dinner.

The knife is forged from 1095 steel. The handle is walnut and pinned with brass. The sheath is hand stitched Oak tanned  leather.
