From Jason’s Son Kamui:

I originally made this design as a prototype for myself when I was doing a lot of general construction work. I wanted a conversation piece that balanced a higher-end frontier aesthetic with rugged functionality. A blade with the backbone to handle hard use and abuse without having to baby it on the job site.

I’ve personally used this design to cut bands on lumber bundles, sharpen pencils, cut housewrap, make layout marks, and even take the place of my chisel in a pinch.

Hand forged from reclaimed 5160 leaf spring, with a 7/32” spine, stout reinforced tip, subtle drop point, and false edge. The small sharpening choil makes sharpening easier. Finished with a brass guard, antler handle, and brute-de-forge finish, paired with a handmade leather belt carry sheath.

A serious workhorse for hunting, camping, construction, or general field use.
